This is the sixth and last TinyMUSH/Mac update bulletin, sent to those who have sent me mail regarding TinyMUSH/Mac. There is no mailbot involved. Bulletin #5 came more than ten months after #4. This one, #6, is less than three months later, a clear improvement. Now we've done you one better: The TinyMUSH/Mac mailing list is online -- visit <http://lyris1.telelists.com/htbin/lyris.pl?enter=tinymushmac&text_mode=0> to subscribe. The list address itself is <tinymushmac@telelists.com>.
No one will be automatically subscribed to the list -- this is strictly opt-in. There will be no more massmail bulletins.

There are no updates since #5, but that doesn't mean no progress has occurred. I've switched from Metrowerks CodeWarrior to Apple's MPW, an ambitious and difficult step, but one well-worth it. I'm still using Metrowerks compilers, but instead of Codewarrior's project manager (aka "IDE"), I'm using the MPW Shell, which takes the 'toolkit approach', a la Unix, except not as well designed or implemented. Oh well. At the least, there is the opportunity to reinvent the pieces I don't like, of which I intend to take considerable advantage.
What this means to you as a user is very little, directly, though what's good for the developers is good for you. What it means for developers is that co-development will be easier, in ways (aside from making source archives more portable) that I won't discuss here -- we have a mailing list for that!
